Undelivered Orders
If your order fails to deliver on the first attempt (as confirmed by the carrier), we’ll arrange a one-time complimentary reshipment. If the reshipment also fails, we will issue a full refund once the carrier confirms non-delivery.
Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received. Please monitor your tracking, ensure someone is available for delivery, or arrange a secure drop-off location.
