These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TPE website and the purchase of products from TPE (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Orders & Product Information

TPE produces limited, small-batch clothing. All product descriptions, images, sizing guides, and prices are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, print placement, or fit may occur.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all product details carefully before completing a purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or peak periods. TPE is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.

Undelivered Orders

If your order fails to deliver on the first attempt (as confirmed by the carrier), we will arrange one complimentary reshipment.

If the reshipment also fails, a full refund will be issued once non-delivery is officially confirmed by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

TPE is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received.

Please ensure:

Someone is available to receive the delivery
A secure drop-off location is selected
Tracking information is monitored closely

Any issues should be raised directly with the carrier once delivery is confirmed.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders are processed quickly. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes, including size or address updates.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are final, including all taxes and extra costs. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TPE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which TPE operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
